Refund & Exchange
At Stoffa.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchange only (no cash refunds) under the following conditions:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Tags and labels must be intact.

Exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Only size or item exchange is allowed, not color preference or style changes (unless there is a mistake from our end).

Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, email us at muhazkhan77@gmail.com with the following details:

Order number

Reason for exchange

Picture of the item received (if wrong or defective)
Once approved, the item must be shipped back to our address (shared via email). Customer will bear the courier charges unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. After verification, we will exchange it at no extra cost.
No Refund Policy
We currently do not offer cash refunds. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. You may, however, opt for an exchange as per our conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
